Example Definitions of "Parent"
Parent. Shall mean Gourmet Group, Inc., f/k/a Seair Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation.
Parent. Means any corporation (other than Micron Technology) in an unbroken chain of corporations ending with the employer corporation if each of such corporations other than the last corporation in the unbroken chain owns stock representing fifty percent (50%) or more of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock in one of the other corporations in such chain.
Parent. HAHT Asia, Inc., a California corporation, and HAHT Asia Pty., Ltd., an entity organized and existing under the laws of Australia (individually, "Parent" and "Subsidiary", respectively, and collectively the "Seller"). Parent. The term "parent" shall have, for purposes of this Plan, the meaning ascribed to it under Section 424(e) of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
