Example Definitions of "Parent"
Parent. With respect to any corporation, a parent of that corporation within the meaning of Code Section 424(e).
Parent. Of a specified entity means, any entity that, either directly or indirectly, owns or controls such specified entity, where for this purpose, "control" means the ownership of stock, securities or other interests that possess at least a majority of the voting power of such specified entity (including indirect ownership or control of such stock, securities or other interests).
