Parent

Parent. Means a parent corporation as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code, including a corporation which becomes such a parent in the future.

Parent. Has the meaning set forth in the preface above.

Parent. Shall mean CombinatoRx, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation;

Parent. Shall mean Vika Corp., a Delaware corporation.

Parent. Shall have the meaning set forth in the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended; provided the term "Parent" shall not include the board of directors of a corporation in its capacity as a board of directors, and provided further that if the other party to any transaction referred to in Section 11.1.2 has no Parent as so defined above, "Parent" shall mean such other party.

Parent. Means FutureLink Corp., a Delaware corporation. 2 3

Parent. Is defined in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.

Parent. Is defined in the preamble to this Agreement, and shall include Parent's successors by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise.
