Participant

Participant. The holder of an outstanding Award, including an Optionee

Participant. (i) any employee, director, partner or Consultant of or service provider to the Company, any Subsidiary or Affiliate; and (ii) the trustee of any trust established for the purpose of providing benefits to any individual described in (i) and/or to any dependant, family member (including any spouse, former spouse, widow, widower or co-habitee) or household member of any individual described in (i) and/or to any class of individuals comprising individuals described in (i), their dependants, family... members or household members, provided always that the relevant employee, director, partner, Consultant or service provider has been selected as a participant by the Administrator, pursuant to the Administrator's authority in Section 3 below, to receive an Award or, where applicable, as being eligible or potentially eligible to receive an Award subject to any discretion conferred upon the trustee by the terms of the relevant trust View More

Participant. Means a person holding an Award granted pursuant to the Plan.

Participant. An individual to whom an Award has been made under the Plan. Participant. A Executive Employee who is designated by the Committee to participate in the Plan for a fiscal year (or performance period) pursuant to Article 4 of this Plan

Participant. Each Eligible Employee who enters into a Deferral Election, who prior to 2004 entered into a Stock Option Gain Deferral Election, or who has a Transferred Account set up under the Plan. An employee who has become a Participant shall remain a Participant in the Plan until the date of the Participant's death or, if earlier, the date the Participant no longer has any accounts under the Plan.

Participant. Solely for purposes of this Agreement, means the employee designated above.

Participant. An Eligible Director who participates in the Plan for that Plan Year in accordance with Section 10.1 hereof

Participant. The Company's Chief Executive Officer and each other executive officer of the Company that the Committee determines, in its discretion, is or may be a "covered employee" of the Company within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code and regulations promulgated thereunder who is selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan

Participant. Means an eligible executive or key employee of the Company or a Subsidiary participating in the Plan for a particular Plan Year as determined pursuant to Section 4.
