Participant

Participant. An Employee who is granted an Option hereunder.

Participant. Means any Eligible Employee who shall have become an Active Participant in the Plan and any individual with a balance in his Supplemental Accounts.

Participant. Means an Employee who is granted an Award hereunder.

Participant. An employee of the Company or its affiliates chosen by the Committee to participate in the Plan

Participant. A member of the Board who is a Director on an Equity Award Date or, with respect to any Deferral Year, has a Deferral Election Form that is operative for that Deferral Year.

Participant. An executive of the Corporation or the Bank who has been designated by the Board of Directors of the Corporation as being eligible to participate in the Plan. The initial Participants are listed on Schedule A attached hereto

Participant. An Employee, Non-Employee Director, or Consultant of the Company or an Affiliate who is granted an Award under the Plan

Participant. Any Employee who is eligible to participate in an Offering pursuant to Section 3, who has delivered a Subscription Agreement to the Company with respect to such Offering, whose Continuous Status as an Employee has not terminated prior to the Exercise Date with respect to such Offering and who has not delivered to the Company a Participation Termination Notice at least ten (10) days prior to the Exercise Date with respect to such Offering

Participant. An Eligible Person who has been granted an Award hereunder

Participant. A director or a Top Hat Employee of an Employer designated by the Committee to be a participant in the Plan. A director who is also an employee of the Company or an Employer must be a Top Hat Employee in order to participate in the Plan
