Participant

Participant. A person who is selected by the Stock Option Committee or the Special Stock Option Committee, as applicable, to receive Stock Options or Stock Appreciation Rights and who is at that time (i) an executive officer or other key employee of the Company or any Subsidiary, (ii) an advisor or consultant to the Company or any Subsidiary, or (iii) a member of the Board

Participant. A Key Employee to whom a Long-Term Award has been made that has not been forfeited. Participation shall be determined for each Key Employee for each Performance Period by the Salary Committee

Participant. Any current member of the Board who is not an employee of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, or any such former member of the Board who has not received a complete distribution of his/her Accounts and of all of his RSU awards deferred under the Plan and who, while a member of the Board, elected to participate in the Plan

Participant. A Key Employee or a Non-Employee Director who is a participant under the Plan

Participant. Means any director, officer, employee, Consultant or Advisor of the Corporation or any Affiliate who is selected to receive an Option pursuant to Section 5.

Participant. Means an Employee, Director or Consultant who is granted Options.

Participant. Any executive officer of the Company and any employee of the Company or any subsidiary who has been selected by the Administrator to participate in the Plan

Participant. A Director of the Company who completes an Enrollment Form and has not received a complete distribution of all amounts credited to his or her Account.

Participant. Any nonemployee member of the Board and any key employee of an Employer who has executed an Agreement.

Participant. Shall mean any Eligible Director who participates or makes an election to participate in the Plan.
