Example Definitions of "Participant"
Participant. An Eligible Employee who has made a Deferral Election and has had a portion of his or her compensation deferred under the Plan. Any person who becomes a Participant shall continue to be a Participant until his entire benefit under the Plan has been paid to, or on behalf, of such person.
Participant. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Participant. A person described in Section 4(a) of the Plan who is approved by the Compensation Committee pursuant to Section 4(b) of the Plan to receive an Award or Awards under the Plan.
