Participant

Participant. An Eligible Employee who has made a Deferral Election and has had a portion of his or her compensation deferred under the Plan. Any person who becomes a Participant shall continue to be a Participant until his entire benefit under the Plan has been paid to, or on behalf, of such person.

Participant. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Participant. A person described in Section 4(a) of the Plan who is approved by the Compensation Committee pursuant to Section 4(b) of the Plan to receive an Award or Awards under the Plan.

Participant. A person who is selected by the Compensation Committee to receive Stock Options under Section 5 of the Plan and who is an executive officer or other key employee of the Company or any Subsidiary

Participant. Any Mandatory Participant and Employee who the Committee, in its sole discretion, determines should be a Participant

Participant. Any Eligible Grantee who holds one or more outstanding Awards.

Participant. Any "officer" (under Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act) of the Company who, as of the applicable Date of Termination, is not covered by a plan (other than this Plan) or agreement with the Company that provides for cash severance or termination benefits

Participant. Shall mean an Employee, Director or Consultant who is selected by the Administrator to receive an Award under the Plan.

Participant. Shall mean an Optionee or a Purchaser

Participant. Any person designated by the Committee to participate in this Plan who shall be a officer or full-time employee of the Company or any Subsidiary. Full-time means employment for 1,000 or more hours per year
