Example Definitions of "Peer Group"
Peer Group. SNL Index of publicly-traded banks and thrifts located in New England and Mid-Atlantic with assets of $1 billion to $5 billion (excluding institutions in Puerto Rico) as constituted at the end of the Performance Measurement Period or Shortened Performance Measurement Period, as applicable.
Peer Group. Means, as of the Grant Date, the nine (9) companies as listed in the chart below.
