Example Definitions of "Peer Group"
Peer Group. (x) Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Valero Energy Corporation, Delek US Holdings, Inc., HollyFrontier Corporation and Phillips 66 Company or (y) such other group of companies and indices (such as the S&P 1000 Energy Index) that are pre-established by the Committee which principally represent a group of selected peers, or such other group of companies as selected and pre-established by the Committee.
