Peer Group

Peer Group. A group of companies selected by the Committee on an industry and line of business basis

Peer Group. The companies listed in Schedule B

Peer Group. SNL Index of publicly-traded banks and thrifts located in New England and Mid-Atlantic with assets of $1 billion to $5 billion (excluding institutions in Puerto Rico) as constituted at the end of the Performance Measurement Period or Shortened Performance Measurement Period, as applicable.
