Example Definitions of "Peer Group"
Peer Group. The companies in the SNL US Hotel REIT Index. Any company that ceases to be a composite company for the full three-year Performance Period shall not be included in the calculation. The constituents in the SNL US Hotel REIT Index as of the Date of Grant are listed on Schedule I attached hereto.
Peer Group. A company that ceases to be publicly traded at any time prior to the end of the Performance Period shall cease to qualify as a member of the Peer Group.
Peer Group. Means members of the Company's apartment peer group, as determined by the Committee as of the Grant Date, and which include Apartment Investment and Management Company, AvalonBay Communities Inc., Camden Property Trust, Equity Residential, Essex Property Trust, Inc., Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. and UDR, Inc. (with appropriate or necessary adjustments during the Performance Period as determined by the Committee in good faith).
Peer Group. The companies in the S&P Health Care Equipment Select Industry Index, determined as of the Grant Date. A company in this group that ceases to be publicly traded during the first two years of the Performance Period will not be treated as part of the Peer Group. A company listed above that ceases to be publicly traded in the final year of the Performance Period will be included in the Peer Group and its Total Shareholder Return will be determined by treating the last day of public trading of the... company's stock as the valuation date for that company, with no further adjustment to that company's Total Shareholder Return for the remainder of the Performance Period. Peer Group. Means the following companies (or their successors, whether it be through a cash, stock or any combination thereof): Bill Barrett Corporation, Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc., Cimarex Energy Co, Comstock Resources Inc., EP Energy, Halcon Resources, Forest Oil Corporation, Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp., Laredo Petroleum, Oasis Petroleum, QEP Resources, Rosetta Resources, SandRidge Energy, Inc., SM Energy, Ultra Petroleum, Whiting Petroleum, WPX Energy.
Peer Group.
