Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. The performance period determined by the Committee, as to which an Award may be earned.
Performance Period. Means, the period commencing on (and including) January 1, [2013] and concluding on (and including) the earliest of (a) December 31, [2013], (b) the date of a Change of Control or (c) the date of a Qualified Termination.
Performance Period. Means each calendar year or partial calendar year during the Term of this Agreement.
Performance Period. One or more periods of time, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant's right to vesting, exercisability, settlement or payment of an Award.
Performance Period. A period of three years beginning on the Award Date and ending on the third anniversary thereof.
Performance Period. The period of three consecutive Plan Years or such other period as determined by the Committee, beginning with the Plan Year in which the award is made.
