Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Means the period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on [●], 2030 or, if earlier, the date of a Change in Control.
Performance Period. Means February 1, 20__ through January 31, 20__.
Performance Period. Means the three-year period commencing on January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2007.
Performance Period. Means the period of three consecutive fiscal years of the Company beginning on the Performance Period Commencement Date and ending on the Performance Period Expiration Date specified in the table at the beginning of this Notice.
Performance Period. A three fiscal-year period. The Performance Period shall commence on January 1, 2000.
Performance Period. Performance Period. Means a period of one or more fiscal years or portions of fiscal years of the Company, determined separately for each Award, over which the value of the Units shall be determined.
Performance Period. Shall mean, unless the Committee determines otherwise, a period of no longer than 12 months; provided, that the initial Performance Period under the Plan shall be the Company's 2004 fiscal year.
Performance Period. Means, in respect of an Award, a period of time established by the Board within which the Management Objectives relating to such Award are to be achieved.
