Performance Period

Performance Period. The First Performance Period and/or the Second Performance Period, as appropriate.

Performance Period. The period during which the Performance Criteria must be attained, as designated by the Committee, with a minimum of one year (or, in the case of an Equity Performance Award, a minimum of three years), subject to acceleration as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion

Performance Period. Performance Periods may be of varying and overlapping duration, at the sole discretion of the Board.

Performance Period. That period established by the Committee at the time any Performance Award is granted or at any time thereafter during which any performance goals specified by the Committee with respect to such Award are to be measured.

Performance Period. The period designated for the achievement of Performance Objectives.
