Performance Period

Performance Period. The time period during which the performance goals applicable to a performance-based award must be satisfied or met. No performance period shall be less than one (1) year.

Performance Period. A Plan Year or, for an Executive Officer who is first hired as, or first becomes eligible for this Plan as, an Executive Officer after the first day of the Plan Year and who becomes a Participant during the Plan Year, such portion of the Plan Year as determined by the Committee.

Performance Period. Shall mean a one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4) or five (5) fiscal or calendar year or other 12 consecutive month period for which performance goals are established pursuant to Section 4.

Performance Period. January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014.

Performance Period. Has the meaning set forth on the Cover Page and Schedule A over which the attainment of the Performance Goal is to be measured.

Performance Period. The period commencing on [ ], 20[ ] and concluding on the Valuation Date.

Performance Period. Shall mean the First Performance Period, the Second Performance Period, the Third Performance Period or the Fourth Performance Period, as applicable.

Performance Period. That period established by the Committee at the time any Award is granted or at any time thereafter during which the attainment of performance goals specified by the Committee with respect to that Award are to be measured. Except as provided in Section 10, a Performance Period may be a year or a longer or shorter period.

Performance Period. A period of time or times established under Section 7C within which the Performance Objectives relating to Awards are to be achieved

Performance Period. Period of not less than one (1) year over which the achievement of targets for Performance Measures is determined.
