Performance Period

Performance Period. January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012

Performance Period. A period of not more than five years established by the Committee during which certain performance goals set by the Committee are to be met

The Performance Period need not be identical for all Awards. Within one Fiscal Year, the Committee may establish multiple Performance Periods.

Performance Period. One or more time periods, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, over which the attainment of the performance goals or other vesting conditions will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant's right to payment

Performance Period. Shall mean, with respect to an LTIP Award, the three (3) consecutive fiscal year period to which the LTIP Award relates, or such other period as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion
