Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Means each three-year period commencing on January 1 in any Year under the Plan and ending on December 31 in the third succeeding Year.
Performance Period. Means the period of time as specified in an Agreement over which Performance Shares are to be earned.
Performance Period. With respect to an Option, the period set forth in an Agreement over which the Option may become vested and exercisable based on the achievement by the Company of EBITDA Targets and/or Cumulative EBITDA Targets.
Performance Period. Means any time period established by the Committee, but in no event including any period beyond the end of the fiscal year with respect to which the attainment of Performance Goal(s) relating to an Award will be determined.
Performance Period. Shall mean any period of at least one year designated as a Performance Period by the Compensation Committee.
Performance Period. Each consecutive twelve-month period commencing on January 1 of each year during the term of this Plan.
Performance Period. Means that period of time specified by the Committee during which a Recipient must satisfy any designated performance goals in order to receive an Award.
Performance Period. Shall mean the period during which performance measures are established for Performance Shares or Performance Units as determined by the Committee. For Named Executive Officers, the Performance Period shall be determined not later than the time period required by Section 162(m) of the Code to qualify as "performance based compensation" thereunder.
Performance Period. Means a period of time established under Section 12 of this Plan within which the Performance Goals relating to a Performance Share, Performance Unit, or Deferred Shares are to be achieved.
Performance Period. Means the period during which the receipt of a Performance Share under Section 6 of the Plan or a Performance Unit under Section 7 of the Plan will be deferred.
