Performance Period

Performance Period. The "Performance Period" will be determined in accordance with paragraph 1.

Performance Period. The period of time set forth in the applicable Award Agreement for which an Award or portion thereof is calculated, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.

Performance Period. A period of time, established by the Committee at the time an Award is granted, during which corporate and/or individual performance is measured
