Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Is the three-year period commencing January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2004.
Performance Period. Shall mean each calendar year or multi-year cycle as determined by the Committee.
Performance Period. Shall mean the period during which performance measures are established for Performance Shares or Performance Units as determined by the Committee.
Performance Period. Means a period of time determined by the Committee that is no less than twelve months. A-3
