Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. A period of time equal to or greater than one (1) fiscal year which is established at the discretion of the Committee
Performance Period. The calendar year or any other period that the CEO or the Committee may determine

The fiscal year of the Company but it may also mean any such other period of time which may be as short as three months but shall not exceed three fiscal years, as designated by the Committee in its sole discretion with respect to which an Actual Award may be earned.
