Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. A period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on a TSR Performance Testing Date, so that each succeeding Performance Period (after the first Performance Period) will be one year longer than the immediately preceding Performance Period.
Performance Period. Shall mean any of the 6-fiscal month periods ending on or about December 31, 2006, July 1, 2007, December 31, 2007, July 6, 2008, December 31, 2008, July 5, 2009 and December 31, 2009 (or such other semi-annual periods ending with the last day of a second fiscal quarter or a fiscal year as may be used in the Company's financial reporting) for which the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee has set corporate performance targets to be used for purposes of the Company's... bonus plan. Performance Period. Means, with respect to Performance Goals, the period of time within which the relevant performance is to be measured, which shall not be less than one year, except in the event of certain occurrences, including but not limited to retirement or Change in Control, provided elsewhere in the Plan.
Performance Period. Means the period of time between the Closing and December 31, 2008.
Performance Period. Means the period beginning on January 1, 2004 and ending on December 31, 2007 (or, if applicable, the Early Vesting Date).
Performance Period. Means any Fiscal Year or such other period shorter or longer than a Fiscal Year, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion. However, no Performance Period shall have a duration longer than three Fiscal Years. Also, with respect to any Participant, no more than three Performance Periods shall exist at any one time.
Performance Period. Shall mean the period established by the Committee with respect to an Award during which the Award either remains subject to forfeiture or is not exercisable by the Participant.
Performance Period. The LTIP Award relates to the Performance Period set forth on Schedule 1.
Performance Period. Means the Plan Year or such other shorter or longer period as may be designated by the Committee, during which performance will be measured in order to determine a Participant's eligibility to receive payment of an Award. The Committee may establish different Performance Periods for different Participants, and the Committee may establish concurrent or overlapping Performance Periods.
Performance Period. Means a period of time established under Section 9 within which the Performance Objectives relating to Performance Awards, Restricted Stock Units or Restricted Shares are to be achieved.
