Performance Period

Performance Period. Means the fiscal year period or periods covered by this Performance Award.

Performance Period. Means the period during which the performance goals established by the Committee will be measured to determine whether any of the Performance Share Units will be awarded to Grantee pursuant to Section 2, which period is specified on the first page of this Agreement.

Performance Period. Means any Fiscal Year of the Company or such other period as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. (a) "Performance Share" means an Award granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 9.
