Performance Period

Performance Period. Each Fiscal Year of the Company. The initial Performance Period ends on June 30, 2005

Performance Period. A period of time covering performance over a three year period as designated by the Committee with respect to which the Performance Measures applicable to a Long-Term Cash Incentive Award shall be measured

Performance Period. Period of time established under Section 12 of this Plan within which the Performance Goals relating to a Performance Share, Performance Unit, or Deferred Shares are to be achieved

Performance Period. A calendar year, commencing January 1 and ending December 31, unless otherwise determined by the Committee.

Performance Period. The three-year period shown on Section 3 of this Award Agreement, except that in the "Event" of the Participant's death or a change in control (as defined in regulations or other guidance under Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code")), the Performance Period will be the period covered by the Award Agreement ending on December 31st of the calendar year in which the Event occurred.

Performance Period. Means the period beginning on November 5, 2008 and ending on August 1, 2010.

Performance Period. Applicable to any compensation payable (in cash or other property) under any Plan, the amount or value of which is determined by reference to the performance of participants or the Company or the fulfillment of specified conditions or goals, means the period of time over which such performance is measured or the period of time in which such conditions or performance goals must be fulfilled.

Performance Period. Applicable to any Target Amount under a Bonus Plan shall mean the period of time in which the performance goals applicable to the determination of cash bonus awards pursuant to such Bonus Plan are measured.
