Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Means the time period established by the Administrator during which specified performance criteria must be met in connection with the a Performance Award.
Performance Period. Means the period of time selected by the Board over which the attainment of one or more performance goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant's right to and the payment of a Stock Award or a Performance Cash Award. Performance Periods may be of varying and overlapping duration, at the sole discretion of the Board.
Performance Period. Means one or more periods of time, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant's right to vesting, exercisability, settlement or payment of an Award.
Performance Period. Any period designated by the Committee for which the Performance Criteria (as defined in Exhibit A) shall be calculated.
