Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Means the period of two consecutive fiscal years over which an Award Opportunity may be earned, provided that the Committee may specify a different duration for any Performance Period.
Performance Period. Means the [___]-year period set forth on Appendix A of this Agreement.
Performance Period. Means the ____-year period commencing on January 1, 20__ and concluding on December 31, 20_.
Performance Period. Means the two-year period set forth on Exhibit A of this Agreement.
Performance Period. The one-year period set forth on Appendix A of this Agreement.
