Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Means the period from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
Performance Period. Means the period from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
Performance Period. For the purposes of the grant of Performance Shares, the time period during which the applicable performance goal(s) must be met.
Performance Period. Shall mean each fiscal year of the Company or such other period (as specified by the Committee) over which performance is to be measured; provided, however, that in no event shall a Performance Period be less than one year.
Performance Period. Means the two-year period beginning on January 1 of the calendar year in which the Grant Date occurs.
Performance Period. Means the period beginning on July 14, 2006 and ending on the Valuation Date.
Performance Period. Any fiscal year, fiscal quarter or other period designated by the Board with respect to which the Board may make an award under this Plan.
Performance Period. The three year period designated by the Committee to be used to determine Bonus Awards under this Plan, with the first Performance Period being the period commencing January 1, 2004 and ending December 31, 2006.
Performance Period. The period designated by the Committee to be used to determine Long Term Incentive Awards under this Plan. The Committee may, in its discretion, designate a performance period which is a period of one or more years. Any pro rata awards that the Committee determines are payable shall be based on the Committee's determination that the pro-rata performance targets have been satisfied and shall otherwise be paid as provided by this Plan.
Performance Period. Means the Fiscal Year commencing April 1, 20 .
