Performance Period. The Company's fiscal year
Performance Period. The period of time over which Equity Units are earned or become vested

Performance Period. A period of years, not in excess of 5 years, established by the Committee, for which the Performance Criteria shall be determined for purposes of determining the amount of an Award. Performance Periods may, but are not required to, have overlapping years.
Performance Period. December 31, 2010 through the earlier of (i) the Accelerated End Date and (ii) December 31, 2013.
