Performance Period

Performance Period. Means the period of service designated by the Committee applicable to an Award subject to Section 8(k) during which the Performance Goals will be measured.

Performance Period. Shall mean January 1, 2011 up to and including December 31, 2013.

Performance Period. Means a period designated by the Committee during which Performance Compensation will be earned. A Performance Period may range in length from the six-month period that coincides with the Company's fiscal six-month Spring or Fall season to the twelve-month period that coincides with the Company's fiscal year.

Performance Period. Shall mean the period of time during which the performance goals must be met in order to determine the degree of payout and/or vesting with respect to any Award that is intended to qualify as Performance-Based Compensation.

Performance Period. Shall mean the period as established pursuant to Section 4 over which the Performance Goal(s) are measured for the purpose of determining the extent to which a Performance Award is earned.

Performance Period. Means any Plan Year or such other shorter or longer period, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion. Unless the Committee determines otherwise, the Performance Period for a Participant shall be a Plan Year.

Performance Period. Shall mean the 2012, 2013, 2014, or 2015 Performance Period, as applicable.

Performance Period. The number of days during the period commencing on the Award 2Date and ending on the Vesting Date

Performance Period. Means the period during which the Performance Criteria must be attained, as designated by the Committee in its sole discretion.

Performance Period. Shall mean the period established by the Committee for measuring whether, and to what extent, any Performance Goals established in connection with any Grant under Section 8(d) hereof have been met.
