Performance Share

Performance Share. An Award of shares of Stock to a Grantee under Section 6(h) that is subject to restrictions based upon the attainment of specified performance criteria.

Performance Share. Means the right to receive, upon satisfying designated performance goals within a Performance Period, shares of Common Stock, cash, or a combination of cash and shares of Common Stock, based on the market value of shares of Common Stock covered by such Performance Shares at the close of the Performance Period.

Performance Share. A performance share bonus granted as a Performance Award

Performance Share. An Earned Share subject to forfeiture and restrictions on sale and transfer by the Participant, but which will become vested and free of such restrictions upon, and to the extent of, the satisfaction of the Restriction Period.

Performance Share. The right of a Participant to receive a payment in the form of shares of Common Stock based upon the performance of the Company during a Performance Period as measured by the Performance Criteria approved by the Committee.

Performance Share. The equivalent of one share of Common Stock granted under Section 6 which becomes vested and nonforfeitable upon the attainment, in whole or in part, of performance objectives determined by the Committee. References to Performance Shares shall include Qualified Performance Shares where no distinction is required

Performance Share. A unit of measurement equivalent to one share of Stock.

Performance Share. Means the right to receive one (1) share of Common Stock subject to certain restrictions and on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the Plan.

Performance Share. Shall have the meaning as defined in Section 10a hereof.

Performance Share. A right to receive a payment equal to the value of a performance share granted as determined by the Committee based on performance and pursuant to Section 12 of the Plan
