Performance Share

Performance Share. Shall mean a bookkeeping entry representing a right granted to a Participant pursuant to an Award made under Paragraph 24 of the Plan to receive shares of Common Stock to be issued and delivered at the end of a Performance Period, subject to the achievement, or the level of performance, of one or more Performance Targets within such period.

Performance Share. A grant of Common Stock of the Corporation upon the attainment of one or more performance goals during a performance period established by the Committee, as provided in Paragraph 19

Performance Share. Means the Borrower's common shares issued to Barakett as part of the earn-out shares as defined in the Body and Mind Agreement with Green Light District Holdings Inc dated November 27, 2018

Performance Share. Any grant pursuant to Section 9 hereof of a right to receive the value of a Share, or a portion or multiple thereof, which value may be paid to the Participant by delivery of such property as the Committee or Board shall determine, including, without limitation, cash, Shares, or any combination thereof, upon achievement of such performance goals during the Performance Period as the Committee or the Board shall establish at the time of such grant or thereafter

Performance Share. An Award under the Plan equivalent to the right to receive one Share awarded pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan.

Performance Share. The meaning set forth in the Wells Fargo & Company Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan

Performance Share. An Award granted pursuant to Section 10 or Section 12 of the Plan, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain performance goals established by the Committee.

Performance Share. A bookkeeping entry that records the equivalent of one share of Common Stock awarded pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan, and may be payable in cash, Common Stock or a combination thereof

Performance Share. Performance Share. An award granted pursuant to Section 5.1 of actual Shares issued to a Participant that is evidenced by book-entry registration or a certificate in the name of the Participant and to be settled in Shares.
