Example Definitions of "Preferred Stock"
Preferred Stock. Means the Series D Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company, and any securities into which the Preferred Stock may be reclassified, the rights and preferences of which are described on the Certificate of Designations, Preferences and Rights (the "Certificate of Designations") attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Preferred Stock. Means the Corporation's preferred stock, no par value, of which 20,000,000 shares are authorized as of the date hereof.
Preferred Stock. Series I Convertible Preferred Stock, Series II Convertible Preferred Stock, Series IV Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company and such other additional convertible preferred stock as the Company may issue from time to time
Preferred Stock. The preferred stock of the Company, $0.01 par value per share
Preferred Stock. Shall mean any shares of preferred stock issued by the Company, whether or not convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock, including the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, Series AA Convertible Preferred Stock, Series B Convertible Preferred Stock and Series BB Convertible Preferred Stock.
Preferred Stock. Means the Series B Junior Participating Preferred Stock of the Company having the voting powers, designation, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights and qualifications, limitations and restrictions described in the Certificate of Designation set forth as Exhibit B.
Preferred Stock. The preferred stock, $.001 par value, of the Company
Preferred Stock. Means any Capital Stock that has preferential rights over any other Capital Stock in respect of dividends, conversions, redemptions or distributions upon liquidation, winding up or dissolution.
Preferred Stock. As defined in the recitals to this Agreement.
Preferred Stock. Means shares of Series A No Par Preferred Stock of the Company and, to the extent that there is not a sufficient number of shares of Series A No Par Preferred Stock authorized to permit the full exercise of the Rights, any other shares of any other series of Preferred Stock of the Company designated for such purpose containing terms substantially similar to the terms of the Series A No Par Preferred Stock.
