Premises

Premises. Means the Initial Premises and the Building II Premises.

Premises. Suite 100, consisting of approximately 3,445 square feet of Rentable Area (2,995 usable square feet), located on the 1st floor of the Building (as outlined on the floor plan attached to this Lease as Exhibit B), the street address of which is 2855 E. Cottonwood Parkway, as constructed on the Land which is further described on Exhibit E hereto.

Premises. A) The area shown outlined in Exhibit A on an exclusive access basis, consisting of one individual office (Office 201) on the second floor, b) the area shown outlined in Exhibit B on a Shared Access basis, and c) two parking spaces.

Premises. Suite 300, consisting of 11,460 rentable square feet, as shown on Exhibit A attached, being a portion of the 3rd floor of the building calculated in accordance with the 1996 BOMA Standard and said calculations have been averaged by floor for a consistent load for full floor tenancies and a consistent load for multi-tenanted floors. Premises. Means DLSS's corporate office and its warehouse facilities located at 1560-A Baker Avenue, Ontario, California 91761 and 4580 Mendenhall Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38141, or such other facilities as DLSS and Manufacturer may mutually agree.

Premises. Shall mean a portion of the third (3rd) floor of the Building measuring an agreed upon 6,924 rentable square feet, and shown on Exhibit A (Plan of Premises) to this Lease (the 'Premises Floor Plan'), comprised of (i) 3,736 rentable square feet on the third (3rd) floor of the Building, as shown as 'Utility Marketing' on the Premises Floor Plan (the 'Phase I Premises'), and (ii) 3,188 rentable square feet on the third (3rd) floor of the Building, as shown as 'Patch Media' on the Premises Floor... Premises. That portion of the Project, as shown on Exhibit A, known as (i) the entire 16th floor of the Building (the "Original Shell Space"), which the parties agree contains 9,767 rentable square feet, (ii) Suite 501, which the parties agree contains 4,603 rentable square feet, Suite 502, which the parties agree contains 3,897 rentable square feet, Suite 503, which the parties agree contains 4,982 rentable square feet, and Suite 510, which the parties agree contains 354 rentable square feet (the...
