Example Definitions of "Premises"
Premises. The Land and the Improvements.
Premises. The space located on the first floor within the Building and outlined on Exhibit A to this Lease.

Premises. Shall mean those certain parcels of land and the improvements thereon, located in the City of Fargo, County of Cass, State of North Dakota, all as more fully described in the Mortgage.
Premises. Suite No. 111 in the Building, being the offices located on the first and second floor(s) as outlined on the floor plan attached to this Lease as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein.
