Premises. Initially, approximately 94,397 Rentable Square Feet (the "Initial Premises") consisting of the following: (a) approximately 23,651 Rentable Square Feet known as Suite 700 comprising all of the seventh (7th) floor of the Building ("Suite 700"), and (b) approximately 70,746 Rentable Square Feet known as Suites 800, 900 and 1000 and comprising all of the eighth (8th), ninth (9th) and tenth (10th) floors of the Building (the "Existing Premises"), all as outlined on Exhibit A attached to and a part... of this Lease. Premises. Means all of the Premises described herein including any part thereof.

Premises. The 3,921 rentable square feet of the third (3rd) floor of the Building designated for Tenant's exclusive use as depicted in the color Yellow on the floor plan of the third (3rd) floor attached hereto as Exhibit "B-1" and the right to use all of the Third Floor Common Areas, as depicted in the colors Gray and White on Exhibit "B-1", which Third Floor Common Areas contain a total of 7,335 square feet.

Premises. Premises. Suite 100, consisting of approximately 3,445 square feet of Rentable Area (2,995 usable square feet), located on the 1st floor of the Building (as outlined on the floor plan attached to this Lease as Exhibit B), the street address of which is 2855 E. Cottonwood Parkway, as constructed on the Land which is further described on Exhibit E hereto.

Premises. Means the Initial Premises and the Building II Premises.

Suite 300, consisting of 11,460 rentable square feet, as shown on Exhibit A attached, being a portion of the 3rd floor of the building calculated in accordance with the 1996 BOMA Standard and said calculations have been averaged by floor for a consistent load for full floor tenancies and a consistent load for multi-tenanted floors.
