Example Definitions of "Premises"
Premises. Shall mean a portion of the third (3rd) floor of the Building measuring an agreed upon 6,924 rentable square feet, and shown on Exhibit A (Plan of Premises) to this Lease (the 'Premises Floor Plan'), comprised of (i) 3,736 rentable square feet on the third (3rd) floor of the Building, as shown as 'Utility Marketing' on the Premises Floor Plan (the 'Phase I Premises'), and (ii) 3,188 rentable square feet on the third (3rd) floor of the Building, as shown as 'Patch Media' on the Premises Floor... Premises.
