Prime Rate

Prime Rate. Means per annum rate of interest from time to time announced and made effective by Buyer as its Prime Rate (which rate may or may not be the lowest rate available from Buyer at any given time).

Prime Rate. Shall mean the prime rate (or base rate) reported in the Money Rates column or section of The Wall Street Journal as being the base rate on corporate loans at large U.S. money center commercial banks (whether or not such rate has actually been charged by any such bank) on the first day on which The Wall Street Journal is published in the month preceding the month in which the subject costs are incurred.

Prime Rate. Means the rate of interest publicly announced from time to time by the New York City office of Citibank N.A. as its prime or reference rate, adjusted as of the first business day of each calendar quarter.

Prime Rate. Shall mean for any day, a floating rate equal to the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "prime rate" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a prime rate, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent). Prime Rate. Shall mean Standard Federal Bank's publicly announced prime rate (which is not intended to be Standard Federal Bank's lowest or most favorable rate in effect at any time) in effect from time to time.

Prime Rate. That changing rate of interest announced publicly from time to time by Bank as its Prime Rate;

Prime Rate. The rate of interest per annum publicly announced from time to time by Citibank N.A., or, if not available, another major money center bank in New York City selected by ORIX in its sole discretion, as its prime rate in effect (said prime rate not being intended to be the lowest rate of interest charged by the referenced bank in connection with extensions of credit), or if such rate is not available, by a reasonable alternative means of determining the rate of interest selected by ORIX in its... sole discretion. Prime Rate. Means for any calendar month the highest "prime rate" published in the "Money Rates" column of the Wall Street Journal on the first Business Day of such month.

Prime Rate. Is Bank's most recently announced "prime rate," even if it is not Bank's lowest rate. Except as otherwise provided elsewhere herein, any Credit Extension made hereunder based on the Bank's Prime Rate shall increase or decrease with the changes in the Bank's Prime Rate.

Prime Rate. Means the prime commercial rate of interest per annum as announced from time to time in the "Bonds, Rates & Yields" Section (or its equivalent) of the Wall Street Journal as the prevailing "Prime Rate," from time to time in effect. SYSTRAN shall have the right, from time to time, to designate any other reference source as the reference for determining the Prime Rate under this Agreement.
