Example Definitions of "Principal Market"
Principal Market. Means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
Principal Market. The NYSE Amex LLC.
Principal Market. The OTC Markets, or, if the OTC Markets is not the principal trading market for the Common Stock, then the principal national securities exchange or securities market on which the Common Stock is traded
Principal Market. Means The Nasdaq [Global] Market.
Principal Market. Means, as of any date of determination, the principal exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed on such date.
Principal Market. Shall mean the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, OTCQB, OTC Pink marketplace, the American Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, or any other applicable principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock at that time.
Principal Market. The U.S. Trading Market (it being hereby acknowledged and agreed that the term "Principal Market" for all purposes of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall not include the TSX or any other Canadian stock exchange or quotation system).
Principal Market. The NASDAQ Capital Market, The NASDAQ Global Market, The NASDAQ Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE MKT, the NYSE Arca, or the OTCQB or OTCQX operated by the OTC Markets Group, Inc. (or any nationally recognized successor to any of the foregoing), whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.
Principal Market. The OTCQB or the OTCQX
Principal Market. Means (i) the NYSE American LLC, or (ii) if the NYSE American LLC is not the principal trading market for the Common Stock, then the principal securities exchange or securities market on which the Common Stock is then traded.
