Example Definitions of "Principal Market"
Principal Market. Means either the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Stock Capital Market, OTCQX® Best Market, the OTCQB® Venture Market or the OTC Pink Market, whichever is the principal market on which the Securities is listed or quoted.
Principal Market. Means the principal securities exchange or securities market on which the Common Shares are then traded, which shall initially be the OTCQX Market.
