Example Definitions of "Proceeds"
Proceeds. All proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition of any Collateral; provided, however, that this shall not in and of itself grant any authority whatsoever to the Debtor to sell or otherwise dispose of any of the Collateral except in the ordinary course of business.
