Proceeds

Proceeds. All Accessions and all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing.

Proceeds. Means, with respect to any Note, funds representing the purchase price for its original issuance.

Proceeds. Proceeds received less any reasonable legal, brokerage, and other transaction costs directly related to the sale which are actually incurred by GXB.

Proceeds. All "proceeds" as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of North Carolina on the date hereof.
