Proceeds

Proceeds. The collected proceeds from the sale of each Produce Shipment.

Proceeds. Means all proceeds, including cash, instruments, securities and other property, from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of, in exchange for or upon the exercise or disposition of any or all of the Collateral hereunder.

Proceeds. Shall mean all "proceeds" as such term is defined in -------- Section 9-315 of the UCC and, in any event, shall include, without limitation all distributions, collections or other income from the Shares.
