Program. This Equity Incentive Program

Program. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust 2020-2022 Equity Award Program (established under the Plan), as it may be amended from time to time

Program. Means the arrangement under this Agreement whereby Company sells Contracts to Household, and Household purchases said Contracts from Company, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Program. The CSX Long Term Incentive Cash Program for the 2000-2002 Performance Period.

Program. Means the arrangement generally described in this Agreement and the specific arrangements described in attached and incorporated Exhibit A, A1 and B to this Agreement.

Program. Means this Oregon Steel Mills, Inc. 2005 Non-Employee Director Equity Compensation Program, as amended from time to time.

Program. Means the computer programming code in machine-readable format that is licensed to an end user on a variety of Media by you.

Program. Means the following, including features and any whole or partial copies: (a) machine-readable instructions; (b) a collection of machine-readable data, such as a database; and (c) related licensed materials, including documentation and listings, in any form. The term "Program" includes a McLeodUSA Program and any non-McLeodUSA Program that McLeodUSA may provide to you. The term does not include licensed internal code or Materials.

Program. Is an IBM Program or a non-IBM Program provided by us, under its applicable license terms, that we approve you to market. The term "Program" does not include LIC or Machine Code.

Program. For purposes of this Letter Agreement, capitalized terms not expressly defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to those terms in the Program.
