Program

Program. Means the development program described in Attachment 1. The Program commenced on or around March 1, 2009. [***] Certain information in this document has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions.

Program. Means the manufacturing program for the initial unit of Product described in Attachment 1.

Program. Means a development program described in a Work Statement that the parties enter into using the procedure specified in Section 2.1.

Program. Means all of the services to be performed by Gallus for Customer as described in a Work Statement(s), including any amendments or Change Orders thereto.

Program. One of the following programs: (i) "Bonus Exchange Program" described in Section 5; and (ii) "Dominion Direct Program" described in Section 6.

Program. This Tidewater Inc. Directors RSU Program, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms

Program. This Welltower Inc. 2016-2018 Long-Term Incentive Program, as amended from time to time

Program. The AbbVie 2013 Incentive Stock Program.

Program. Means the development program described in Attachment 1. The Program commenced on or around March 1, 2009.

Program. Means all of the activities of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Trial Development Program, the Laboratory Services, the Commercial Development Program and commercialization of the Commercial LDTs and Tocagen Products.
