Program

Program. Each motion picture listed on a Schedule delivered to TWC in accordance with Section 4(a). Unless the context requires otherwise, references to Programs in this Agreement shall be deemed also to refer to any Supplemental Program Material relating thereto.

Program. Each program in the Service

Program. Shall mean Client's software solution, as defined within this Agreement, and related exhibits and work orders. The Program includes Vendor's web hosting services for the Program, which facilitates the automated deployment and centralized administration of database driven, e-commerce equipped, personal websites ("Subscriber Websites") and included business tools as described herein.

Program. The application development, testing and distribution program contemplated in this Agreement.

Program. Shall mean the joint development program undertaken by the Parties, as described in Section 2.1.

Program. Shall mean this 1996 Stock Incentive Program.

Program. Means the development work conducted by both Parties under this Agreement as specified in the Proposal and such other work as mutually agreed upon by the Parties from time to time during the Term, including, without limitation, any additional work associated with changes agreed under Section 2.2.

Program. Shall mean Licensor's software program(s) listed and described in a SOW attached hereto, including all Bug Fixes and Enhancements for such Programs delivered to Licensee on or after the Effective Date, and localized versions available for such Programs.

Program. Means, in object code form only, the Program components, modules and interfaces identified in Exhibit A.

Program. As used in this Amendment, the following terms have the definitions set forth in Exhibit C: "ACH," "Database," "Designated Location," "Gift Card," "Gift Card Data," "Gift Card Equipment," "Gift Card Holder," "Gift Card Number," "PIN" and "Program."
