Program

Program. To the extent not otherwise specified in the Program, capitalized terms used in the Program shall have the meaning specified in the Plan.

Program. Shall mean The Timberland Company 2006 COO Incentive Program.

Program. Shall mean all activities undertaken by either or both parties in accordance with the terms hereof for the development of the Product in the Development Territory, including regulatory and clinical activities. A draft summary of the Program activities as identified to date is set forth on EXHIBIT B hereto.

Program. The Debtor's research, development, production and sales relating to human plasma Kallikrein inhibitors, including that certain 58-amino acid polypeptide human plasma Kallikrein inhibitor known as "DX-88" (formerly known as EPI-KAL-2) together with all analogs, homologs, derivatives and improvements related thereto.

Program. Means the PG&E Corporation Long-Term Incentive Program set forth herein and as may be amended from time to time.

Program. Means the Equity Accelerator program described in the Specifications.

Program. Shall mean a plurality of instructions capable of being executed by a machine, whether or not such instructions are in a machine-readable form.

Program. The commercial development and clinical supply program comprised of work conducted pursuant to the Workplan, as defined in Section 1.16, as amended in writing from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Program. Shall mean the commercial paper program of the Issuer as contemplated by this Agreement and the Issuing and Paying Agent Agreement.

Program. Means The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., Stock Ownership Bonus Program as set forth herein, as it may be amended from time to time.
