Project

Project. That certain real property described in EXHIBIT A-1 consisting of approximately 32.86 acres, upon which are located the Buildings, together with seven (7) other buildings consisting of a total building square footage of approximately 545,658 square feet.

Project. Means the construction and operation of Resort facilities including riverboat casino operations as described on Exhibit "2" as conditioned by the requirements set forth in Exhibit "2".

Project. The meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement.

Project. Shall mean the real estate, the improvements and the personal property identified on Schedule A hereto, taken together collectively

Project. Shall mean the Real Estate, the Improvements, the Goods, the Rents, the Leases and the other items of Collateral (as such terms are defined in the Mortgage), taken together collectively.

Project. The separate, defined projects described in a Work Order

Project. That certain project located in Baltimore City known as Tide Point containing approximately ten (10) acres, more or less, together with the Building thereon. The Project is more particularly shown on Exhibit A.

Project. The final development of the technology entitled 'Smart Insole" for the Company to take it to the market, and the funding of any ongoing and/or further development for the purposes of the Project, as more generally described in Part 1 of the Schedule

Project. Defined in Paragraph 2.1.

Project. Means the project containing approximately 7.5 acres of land commonly known as Lot 2B of the Gateway Center and referred to as the Gateway Technology Center, together with the land and improvements on which the Project is situated and all common areas.
