Property. Means the MX 2003 Property and the PDN Property, collectively.

Property. Shall mean the Building, and any common or public areas or facilities, easements, corridors, lobbies, sidewalks, loading areas, driveways, landscaped areas, sky-walks, and any and all other structures or facilities operated or maintained in connection with and for the benefit of the Building, and all parcels or tracts of land on which all or any portion of the Building or any of the other foregoing items are located, and any fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, Systems and Equipment,... furniture and other personal property located thereon or therein and used in connection therewith, whether title is held by Landlord or its affiliates.
