Purchase Date

Purchase Date. Means except as provided in Sections 16 and 22, the last day of each Purchase Period, each June 30 and December 31.

Purchase Date. Shall mean February 28, 2006. 5

Purchase Date. Shall mean the first day following the end of the Option Period.

Purchase Date. Has the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

Purchase Date. Means the last business day of each calendar quarter or such other dates determined by the Committee. The Committee shall determine, in its sole discretion, when the first Purchase Date under the Plan shall commence.

Purchase Date. Means, with respect to any purchase made pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, the Business Day on which the Investor receives by 6:00 p.m., Eastern time, of such Business Day a valid Request Notice that the Investor is to purchase such applicable number of Purchase Shares pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof.

Purchase Date. Means, with respect to Offering Periods beginning prior to March 1, 2001, the last business day of each Offering Period of the Plan and means, with respect to Offering Periods beginning on and after March 1, 2001, the last business day of each Purchase Period occurring within the Offering Period.

Purchase Date. Means the last day of each Purchase Interval. Purchase Dates shall occur on each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The first Purchase Date for the Plan shall be September 30, 2004, unless a later date is determined by the Administrator.

Purchase Date. Means the first day after the last day of the applicable Term, in the event that any Equipment is purchased hereunder.

Purchase Date. Means for any Purchase the date set forth as the "Purchase Date" in the Schedule for such Purchase.
