Purchase Date

Purchase Date. The fifth business day after the end of each Offering Period

Purchase Date. The last business day of each Purchase Period, on which outstanding options are exercised automatically

Purchase Date. A date within a Purchase Period selected by the Committee on which Participating Partners may purchase Shares under the Program.

Purchase Date. The date on which the Lenders purchase Notes as specified in a Purchase Notice

Purchase Date. With respect to any particular Regular Purchase made hereunder, the Business Day on which the Investor receives by 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, of such Business Day or at any time after closing of trading on the Principal Market on the day prior to such Business Day a valid Regular Purchase Notice that the Investor is to buy Purchase Shares pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof.

Purchase Date. The date on which Seller has been advised in writing that Purchaser has agreed to purchase an Account or the date of purchase of the Account as provided under section 2.1.4 of this ARPA.

Purchase Date. With respect to any Accelerated Purchase made hereunder, the Business Day after receipt by the Investor of a valid Accelerated Purchase Notice or the Business Day the Investor otherwise is to purchase Purchase Shares pursuant to Section 2 hereof
