Purchase Date

Purchase Date. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, with respect to each fiscal year of the Company, the third trading date of the Shares following the date on which the Company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q is filed for each of the (i) first fiscal quarter and (ii) third fiscal quarter.

Purchase Date. With respect to any Regular Purchase made hereunder, the Business Day immediately following received pt by the Buyer, on or before 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on a Business Day, of a valid Purchase Notice that the Buyer is to buy Purchase Shares pursuant to Section 1(b).

Purchase Date. Shall mean the last business day of each month, unless otherwise provided in the Plan or determined in writing by the Plan Administrator.

Purchase Date. The last day of an Offering Period

Purchase Date. With respect to any Offering Period, the Offering End Date associated with such Offering Period (or such other date established by the Committee pursuant to Section 9(b)); provided, however, if any such date is not a Trading Day, the Purchase Date shall be the next business day that is a Trading Day.

Purchase Date. A date on which a Director Fee is paid by the Company to Directors

Purchase Date. A payroll date on which the Company regularly makes payment of Salary to the Executives (currently every two (2) weeks on Friday), as such date(s) may be amended by the Company from time to time

Purchase Date. With respect to a Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, the Business Day on which the Investor receives a valid Purchase Notice in accordance with this Agreement.

Purchase Date. With respect to a Participation Interest, the Business Day on which ESPV purchases such Participation Interest, which shall be no earlier than the third (3rd) Business Day after the date on which ESPV notifies RB of its election to purchase such Participation Interest (or, if later, the third (3rd) Business Day following the date the applicable Advance is fully funded by RB).

Purchase Date. With respect to a purchase made pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, the Business Day (i) on which the Investor receives, prior to 9:00 a.m., Eastern time, on such Business Day, a valid Purchase Notice for such purchase in accordance with this Agreement or (ii) immediately following the Business Day on which the Investor receives, after 9:00 a.m, Eastern time, a valid Purchase Notice for such purchase in accordance with this Agreement
