Purchase Date

Purchase Date. The date on which Seller has been advised in writing that Purchaser has agreed to purchase an Account.

Purchase Date. Means the last day of each Offering Period or the next preceding day on which a trading price for the Company's Stock is reported if the last day of any Offering Period is a day on which the Company's Stock is not traded.

Purchase Date. Has the meaning assigned to it in the introductory paragraph hereof.
