Purchase Order. A Brocade purchase order for the purchase of the Products issued to Hon Hai pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement

Purchase Order. Buyer's purchase order issued to Seller hereunder, including all terms and conditions attached to, or incorporated into, such purchase order.

Purchase Order. Means any purchase order issued by the Purchasing Party under an Exhibit with reference to and consistent with the Agreement requesting any Deliverables from the Supplying Party, and specifying the Deliverables' type, quantity, purchase price, requested delivery dates and delivery location
