Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. With respect to a Purchase Period an amount equal to 85% of the Fair Market Value (as defined in Section 7(b)) of a Share on the Offering Date or the Purchase Date, whichever is lower; provided, however, that the Administrator may before any Offering Date establish a different formula for determining the Purchase Price so long as the formula does not result in a lower Purchase Price than is allowable under Section 423(b)(6) of the Code
Purchase Price. Shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 9.1 below.
Purchase Price. Means Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000), representing a $5,000 Issuance discount on the Convertible note for due diligence and documentation fees.
Purchase Price. Means an aggregate of $800,000 at $0.60 per share.
Purchase Price. The purchase price for shares of Stock purchased under the Plan, determined as set forth in Section 3.3
