Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. The total amount of Eight Million Six Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Four and NO/100 dollars ($8,656,324.00), subject to adjustment as set forth in this Agreement
Purchase Price. The total amount of Ten Million Six Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Eight and NO/100 dollars ($10,627,638.00), subject to adjustment as set forth in this Agreement
Purchase Price. Shall mean up to $10,000.
Purchase Price. Means three hundred twenty five thousand dollars ($325,000) representing a thirty two thousand five hundred dollar ($32,500) original issuance discount on the Note.

Purchase Price. Means the Designated Percent of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the Offering Date or on the Purchase Date, whichever is lower. Unless otherwise determined by the Administrator, the Designated Percent for purposes of the foregoing sentence is eighty-five percent (85%). The Administrator may change the Designated Percent for any Offering Period but in no event shall the Designated Percent be less than eighty-five percent (85%).
