Example Definitions of "Purchase Price"
Purchase Price. Means a maximum of $400,000.
Purchase Price. Means Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) representing a ten percent (10%) original issuance discount on the Note to offset transaction, diligence and legal costs.
Purchase Price. The purchase price to be paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor as described in Section 2 of this Agreement
