Example Definitions of "Qualified IPO"
Qualified IPO. Means an underwritten initial public offering of the common stock of the Company with gross proceeds of at least $50.0 million in a firm commitment underwriting.
Qualified IPO. Means an underwritten public offering of common Stock of Holdings or Parent pursuant to a registration statement filed with the SEC (other than on Form S-8).
Qualified IPO.
