Qualified IPO. The first firmly underwritten registered public offering of Common stock that results in aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of at least $150.0 million, and after which the Common Stock is listed for trading or quoted on The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or any of the respective successors)
Qualified IPO. Has the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.
