Required Holders

Example Definitions of "Required Holders"
Required Holders. Means Holders who collectively represent at least 66.67% of the aggregate principal amount of Subject Existing Notes held by all Holders executing this Agreement.
Required Holders. Means, at any time, Holders holding more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Note.
Required Holders. The holders of the Series I Warrants representing at least a majority of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Series I Warrants then outstanding

Required Holders. Means, as of any given time, the holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities as of such time (excluding any Registrable Securities held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as of such time); provided, that such majority must include each holder of at least $500,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes.
